Helpful Steps to get you thru the checkout process: CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT: You will need to order through PayPal. This is the default and I apologize for any inconvenience but for those of us who don’t like to get our wallet out and copy down all the numbers from our credit card, this is a much more convenient and much safer way to go! CUSTOMERS WHO DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT: You can still order with a credit card. As you are going thru the checkout process you will get to a place where it states that PayPal offers a variety of a payment methods. The box below that, says, "Place order." Choose to read "terms and conditions" or go to the "next” button below which will take you to the next page. Next, you will see a box that says please complete your payment. Right below that box, in small letters it says, "Place order button to complete your payment on the PayPal site.” (Place order button is below on the right-hand side of the screen). Look for credit card logos near the bottom of the page. Right above these logos it will say, "don't have a PayPal account?" Use your credit card or bank account. continue the checkout process from there.
DIGITAL ORDER INSTRUCTIONS: After you order any digital album you will receive a few e-mails thanking you for your order and confirming your PayPal order. To download your product, you need to look for the e-mail that says, “download products notice” which will appear in your box a few minutes after the other ones.
